Anyone who has ever been a position where they have had to manage staff will know that
it is not always as straightforward as the management theory books make out and this
"surgery" style workshop has been designed with that in mind. The workshop will cover
areas like managing poor performers, dealing with staff conflict and conducting staff
counselling meetings but will be extreamly flexible in order to cover the relevant needs
of the delegates.

have acquired the skills required to do so

best styles to use in certain situations
