Effective communication in every area of any business is vital to success. So often
mistakes at work are attributed to "a break down in communication"; and these mistakes
can be costly both in financial and relationship terms. This highly practical workshop
focuses on verbal and written communication as well as the less obvious, but in many
cases, more important non-verbal messages of body language. The way in which we
communicate is changing as we head toward the 21st century and the workshop will also
look at the implications of communicating via electronic mail.
