Workshop Overview
Time is a limited resource; you can't buy more when you run out and you can't make
it stand still when you are busy! When we were young we learned to tell the time, but
most people find that time now tells us. This concise and to the point workshop will
help delegates to make the most of the time they have available in order to achieve
their business objectives. It will cover prioritisation techniques, short and long
term planning and offer many useful tips to help delegates tackle head on some of the
most common time-thieves.
Workshop Objectives
As a result of attending the above workshop delegates will:-
- Be able to answer the question "where does to time go?" by analysing how they make
use of the time they have available
- Be able to identify the main areas they need to focus on in order to improve their
personal time management
- Know how to apply practical prioritisation techniques and how to use them to best
effect.
- Have been introduced to methods of planning for both short and long term results
- Have learned a large number of time management tricks to help them keep one step
ahead of the most common "time thieves"
Who should attend?
This workshop will be of benefit to anyone who feels they are constantly being chased
by time and is unaware of the reasons why they are unable to complete everything they
want to in the time available. If anyone believes they have not got time to attend,
then this workshop is a must!
