Workshop Overview
"You will never, never, never have an empowered, self-directed team unless the
leader is willing to share control"
This can be viewed in two ways:- as an excellent opportunity, or a recipe for
complete chaos! It would be fair to say that the fear of chaos often discourages
leaders from sharing control, resulting in a team not becoming empowered and relying
on the leader for constant direction. This workshop has been designed to offer support
and practical guidance to team leaders, giving them the skills required to share control,
and at the same time, ensure that their team achieves the results required from them.
